Chocolate City CEO, Audu Maikori has taken the Kaduna State Governor, Nasiru El-Rufai to court for gross violation of human right.
It would be recalled some months back that Maikori was arrested in Lagos state for allegedly making inciting comments against the Southern Kaduna killing. After all the tussle with the law enforcement agencies, Maikori wants to sue El-rufal for damages worth N10 billion.
In a suit (FHC/ABJ/CS/385/17) filed by his lawyers, Ballason’s Chambers at the Federal High Court, Abuja. According to details of the suit, which came up for hearing before the trial judge, Hon. Justice John Tsoho on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, Maikori is praying the court to enforce his fundamental rights against undue harassment and intimidation by the Kaduna State government, the State Governor and the Nigeria Police.
